Training

The online learning provided to Church Farm Care staff begins at the start of your employment and is sustained throughout your time with Church Farm Care. The e-learning modules are customised to each staff member's specific role, ensuring you acquire the necessary knowledge and understanding to support your daily tasks at the care homes. When will I be paid?

If you work at Church Farm at Field House, Cotgrave or Skylarks you will get paid on the last working day of the month. If you work at Church Farm at Rusticus, you will be paid on the last Friday of the month. When you are paid this will be for any shifts you have worked between the 20th of the previous month up to 19th of the current month. For more FAQs relating to pay click here.
