I’m thrilled to be joining the Church Farm family and especially excited to be part of the fantastic expansion project at Skylarks. It’s an inspiring time to come on board, and I’m really looking forward to meeting the wonderful people who make this place so special – especially the families and loved ones of those we support.

Skylarks is a Church Farm Care Home based just outside of Nottingham city centre. A nursing home specialising in the care of people living with a dementia, the quality of care that we provide has been recognised by Nottingham County Council with the 'Dementia Quality Mark' and Band 5 rating.

We are proud to follow the leading edge “Dementia Care Matters, Butterfly Household” model of care which focuses on providing dementia care that brings out the best in our staff and enables everyone living at Skylarks to experience real quality of life outcomes.

We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. We promote self-esteem and encourage independence whilst providing a comfortable and safe environment to help people feel at home. We encourage family involvement and aim to work in partnership with everyone involved in the lives of people living here.
