HR Lead at Church Farm Care

Jess joined the team in May 2023 and is an experienced HR Lead having previously worked as a HR Business Partner and HR Administrator for 6 years prior to this. She brings transferable skills, knowledge, and experience in HR to Church Farm.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and gained her diploma in HR Management in 2020.

As HR Lead, Jess works closely with all the Home Managers to support with new starters onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations.
