Like Patrick, Lucy also grew up in a family that owned a care home, run by her parents; Field House Nursing Home in Radcliffe on Trent was subsequently brought into the Church Farm Care Group. Having initially followed a career in the art world, specialising in Islamic decorative arts, Lucy has now worked alongside Patrick for 19 years and champions providing exceptional dementia care, is part of the training team and manages the social media and communications.
