If you are feeling unwell, it is important to access the right service which includes local pharmacies who can offer advice and treatment for common illnesses. Please see poster attached which shows what each service can be used for. It is important to ensure that you are registered with your local GP surgery and that you notify the GP office if you move house. 

Even if you are not registered with your GP, you will still be able to access treatment if needed from the pharmacy, walk in centre, or A&E.If you need support in registering with your local GP, please let Jess know via email - jess@churchfarmcare.co.uk
