Head of Operations at Church Farm Care
Nike is a registered nurse and holds a degree in dementia studies from the University of Bradford. Nike has over 35 years extensive managerial experience in health and social care sector.
Through her inspirational leadership roles Nike has experience in cultivating an environment of outstanding care and world class innovative ideas to create positive outcomes for families and their loved ones.
She is passionate about dementia care and specialises in the complex care of people living with dementia. Nike is excited to join Church Farm Care and be part of Church Farm Family to lead the team in delivering the very highest standards of nursing and dementia care including end of life care.
As head of operations her objective is to make sure that every person who lives in our care homes enjoys an inclusive community that enables them to live their best life possible through outstanding care, she said;
