🏆 Employee of The Month
We are thrilled to introduce our new Employee of the Month page, a dedicated space to celebrate the incredible individuals who make Church Farm Care so special. This feature highlights the outstanding contributions, compassion, and dedication of our team members who go above and beyond for our residents. It’s our way of giving credit where it’s due and sharing the heart of our home with our community. Be sure to check back each month to see who is in the spotlight!

I’ve spent 15 years in adult social care, starting as a care assistant and progressing through roles including Senior Carer, Head of Care, Deputy Manager, Home Manager and Regional Manager. Along the way, I’ve held Registered Manager and Nominated Individual responsibilities with the CQC, championed dementia care, delivered train‑the‑trainer programmes, completed NVQ Levels 3, 5 and 7, and achieved Chartered Manager Fellow status with the Chartered Management Institute.
I’ve worked closely with NHS Trusts, the Care Quality Commission, local authorities and multi‑disciplinary teams to strengthen governance, deepen partnership working and champion truly person‑centred care across a large portfolio of residential and nursing services across England and Wales. My drive and passion has always been supporting people. Those who live in our homes are part of our family, and at the heart of everything we do. I believe in recognising each person’s lived experience, promoting independence, supporting positive risk and personalised, achievable goals that enhance wellbeing and quality of life in a safe space. Central to this I advocate giving every person a voice that is listened to, heard and acted upon, ensuring they feel valued, respected and fully included in decisions that matter to them.
I believe in working within a culture where teams are trusted, supported and able to do their best work. Everyone brings something unique and valuable, and I encourage people to take pride in what they do and take real ownership of their responsibilities. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and our son, as well as travel, reading, history, sport, cooking, walking the dog and being outdoors.
I’m delighted to be joining Church Farm Care. I look forward to spending time in our homes and getting to know the people who live and work with us, along with their families, friends and the professionals who support our communities. My focus is on working together, building strong relationships and keeping a clear, shared direction so we can continue to build on the brilliant work our homes already do and achieve the best outcomes for the people we support. When you see me in your home, please do say hello — I’m looking forward to meeting you all.
